The two Dusters were bought with their own money and cost R$ 288,000. Oroch, on the other hand, cost R$ 170,000, R$ 65,000 of which was due to parliamentary amendments. ER$36 was invested in the three bicycles. In this case, with your own resources.
The secretary of social protection, Pedro Ramos, defended the investment of high value cars. “Some people question why this model or that, there is a professional study that classifies the level of cars, the Ministry of Justice itself defines the minimum level of a car where you can take the necessary equipment, GM has to come in with a rubber vest, weapons, cones and send them people at police stations. You can’t do that in a minivan. The criticism is baseless.”
40 students from the Municipal Guard training course were also present at the event. They were approved in a public tender held last year.
In addition to the vehicles, the Municipal Guard received four electric bicycles that will be used in the patrol areas and also on the Road.
