This is the List of Indonesian Badminton Players who will compete

YOGYAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Several Indonesian badminton athletes will participate in the last tournament of the BWF World Tour this year, namely the 2022 Australian Open which will be held in Sydney, Australia, November 15-20.

Indonesia will field 20 representatives who will compete at the Super 300 level.

But two players must start the fight from the qualifying round first.

They are men’s band players who play badminton, Christian Adinata and Ikhsan Leonardo Imanuel Rumbay.

The five Merah Putih representatives who have confirmed qualification for the 2022 BWF World Tour Finals are also scheduled to participate in the 2022 Australian Open.

They are the men’s singles Anthony Sinisuka Ginting and Jonatan Christie, the men’s doubles Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto and Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan and the doubles pair Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari.

For Fajar/Rian, they want to use the Australian Open as a catalyst and benchmark before appearing at the 2022 BWF World Tour Finals in Guangzhou, China on December 14-18.

Indonesian women’s doubles, Lanny Tria Mayasari/Ribka Sugiarto, will also appear at the Australian Open 2022. Lanny/Ribka will meet the co-hosts, Louisa MA/Victoria NA, in the first round.

Runner up in the competition The 2022 World Junior Championships, Meilyas Trias Puspita Sari/Rachel Allessya Rose, and the mixed pair, Amri Syahnawi/Winny Oktavina Kandow, are also scheduled to appear in Australia.
