The i5 battery of 81.2 kWh, whose maximum speed is limited to 193 km / h, promises a driving range of 497 – 582 km according to WLTP.

The new BMW i5 M60 xDrive delivers 601 hp and 820 Nm of torque with an electric motor on each front and rear axle. This reduces the car’s 0-100 km/h acceleration time to 3.8 seconds. The battery capacity of the model, where the maximum speed is limited to 230 km / h, is the same as the other version. The range promised in this version is 455 – 516 km. BMW says that using the new Max Range feature, the range can be increased up to 25 percent by reducing power, speed and comfort features.

The Combined Charge Unit (CCU) of the BMW i5 supports AC charging speeds of up to 11 kW as standard and up to 22 kW as an option. The high-power battery can be charged at fast charging stations up to 205 kW with fast DC charging. Therefore, the battery can reach a charge from 10 to 80 percent in 30 minutes.
