BMW has officially announced AirConsole, an in-car game system that aims to keep electric car owners entertained while waiting for their car to be charged.
Passengers will be able to play a variety of indoor multiplayer games on the instrument cluster display by turning on the AirConsole while the car is stationary.
In addition, passengers will be able to turn their smartphones into joysticks by pairing them with a QR code.
What models will it come in?
AirConsole will also come to BMW 7 Series, BMW iX and BMW i4 vehicles manufactured after July 2023.
BMW X5, BMW X6, BMW X7, BMW XM, BMW X5 M and BMW X6 M models produced after August will also have this feature.
