The Bobes industrial estate service center is ready for action, at least as far as its external appearance is concerned: the shop and service area has been built, pumps have been installed and even a large panel that controls the door and that in the future. will show fuel prices. At first glance, the finishing touches are missing, such as painting or lighting, among others that will be completed in the near future. The intention of the business owner is to start operating this year, although the date has not yet been set.
Work on the warehouse and equipment of what will be the future Volvo truck sales workshop and dealer is also very high, also in the Bobes industrial estate. This Volvo project is in addition to a service center and a large refrigerated warehouse that Alimerka opened some time ago and are the three largest investments so far in the first phase of the industrial property. All of them are actually very close, near one of the roundabouts leading to the business area.
The Volvo project is located on plot number 89 of Bobes, which has an area of 8,987 square meters. The final building will have two different bodies: in front of the warehouse there will be a module designed for administrative use, which will be made on the ground floor and the first floor. The rest of the building will occupy a large industrial space of 1,400.73 square meters on the ground floor, connected to the administrative area, where several access doors will be installed and enough space for the passage of industrial vehicles.
Parking at the complex, according to the basic project, will have 47 spaces for light vehicles, one modified space, 23 trucks and an electric charger.
