The biggest of supercars: Koenigsegg Regera

The first brands that come to our mind when it comes to supercars are: Bugatti, Pagani, Koenigsegg and Mc Laren. We can add a Lamborghini and a Ferrari from the ‘extra amount’ to these.

Of course, many brands from Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and Bentley have elite models rated in the supercar category in their product range, but the reason why the supercar concept is limited to these 4 brands (+2) only the above is the reason why these products are only elite cars. All models of the first 4 manufacturers are limited edition models. On the other hand, the product range of Lambo and Ferrari has a large part, if not all, of such elite cars.

The example that is the subject of our current news is the Koenigsegg Regera, one of the best of these supercars.

• So why did we choose the Regera instead of, for example, the Bugatti Veyron or La Ferrari?
• Because, first of all, he is just a marvel of design. As we can see, it resembles Voltron instead of a car. Gen Y isn’t producing Voltron though. Let’s call them ‘reminiscent of Transformers’. 🙂

In addition, he is also a hybrid. We can run it on gasoline or electricity if we want.

Another important detail is that its design bears the signature of Koenigsegg’s founder, Christian von Koenigsegg.

The model, which was first seen at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, is above all, one of the best in the world in terms of technical features. It’s even better at speeding up, for example! Consider that the maximum speed that the monster can reach from 0 to 100 in just 2.8 seconds is 410 km / h!

Thanks to the technology of the Automatic Drive System developed by Koenigsegg, the increased insulation of the Regera, which does not require transmission, reduces the cabin noise to almost zero!

Only 80 units will be produced, and as we expect, we have to pay $2 million for each model sold in the pre-order stage, many of which have not yet been produced. When we say our reward, of course, the word goes; we mean pay! 🙂
