LONDON, KOMPAS.com – British luxury car manufacturer, Rolls-Royce, has confirmed that it will launch an electric car called the Rolls-Royce Specter EV.
However, for potential customers who are interested, it is not enough to have a lot of capital, but also a lot of patience. Because the waiting list for my pivot name has reached 2025.

Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös said the waiting list was difficult because Rolls-Royce would only make 15 units of the Specter EV per month and it was not yet determined when production would take place.
“If you order today, you will probably receive a shipment in 2025,” Torsten Müller-Ötvös was quoted from. Paultan.orgMonday (22/5/2023).
“Our intention (is 15 months), in the medium to long term we can see an increase, but my intention is not that our customers have to wait years until they can take one of our products,” he said.

Müller-Ötvös said that long waiting lists are often criticized because it means manufacturers are not ready to accommodate growing demand. But for a brand like Rolls-Royce, buyers are people of different standards.
The Specter will be Rolls-Royce’s first electric car. The car has a pair of electric motors that produce a combined output of 585 hp and 900 Nm of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels to support the car’s curb weight of 2,975 kg.
Specter’s construction is not that of a custom built EV platform but that of another model also used by Cullinan and the eighth generation Phantom. The car is claimed to go from 0-100 kph in 4.5 seconds.
