PaxPower takes the current Chevy Tahoe, Chevy Suburban, GMC Yukon, or Cadillac Escalade to a whole new level with the introduction of the Jackal SUV performance package. Let’s dig in!
As far as the catalyst goes, it all starts with the advanced suspension system. The team at PaxPower is giving these new 2021-2024 SUVs a 2.5-inch suspension lift at the four corners. There is a new trick available to “defeat” the factory air suspension with Magna ride settings. Then they fit customized wheels and 35-inch all-terrain tires.
All images and information you see here are provided by PaxPower. The car you see here starts out as a new Chevy Suburban Z71. The team at PaxPower says that these modifications will also apply to the refreshed 2025 Chevy Tahoe and Suburban.
The stock 6.2-liter V8 under the hood gets a 3.0-liter Whipple supercharger for a total power output of 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. PaxPower will release dyno test results soon. The engine breathes with improved intake and exhaust systems. You can also opt for GM Performance Brembo brakes with this package as well.
Visual effects, graphics, and customized interiors complete the complete package. As you can see you can pick and choose many different aspects of the Jackal SUV. You can modify the GM SUV you already own, you can choose and finance a new one with Jackal SUV customization.
Jackal SUV pricing starts at $15,000 for suspension, wheels, tires and exhaust. If you want the 650 hp supercharged V8 and the 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on the supercharged powertrain, then it’s an extra $15,000.
GM’s full-size SUVs already dominate sales across the country and have done so for years. This should only add interest.
For reference, here is a PaxPower Chevy Silverado 1500 Jackal drag race.
