Speaking on Reign with Josh Smith podcast in November 2022, he said: ‘I learned a lot about my boundaries in life and what I want in my friendships and what I want in my relationships… I think boundaries are very important.
‘And part of recognizing your boundaries and enforcing your boundaries is speaking your truth without blame or judgment to people.
‘And then seeing what you find, listening to what you find and learning from what you find. So, boundaries are a new thing for me. I didn’t have any boundaries.
‘I never learned any boundaries in my life and I was hit like a ton of bricks a couple of times and I said, ‘you know what’? I think I need to learn this thing called boundaries.
‘And it’s been great, but it’s been weeded out of my life, for the better.’
‘The thing about purging people from your life, you start to realize, like oh, how does this person make me feel?
‘And what do I feel inside when I’m with you? And if I go away from you for a while and then we come back together, be it friendship, relationship, family, whatever in your life, how do I feel around you and do you make me feel good?
‘And honestly it’s as simple as that. And when you start to know what makes you feel good and what makes you feel whole, you can follow your true north.’

Chloe recently revealed how she has learned how to enforce boundaries and has ‘weeded’ people out of her life as a result.
Chloe told how people pleasing caused her ‘anxiety and guilt’ and she has learned to say ‘f**k it,’ and have fun after living in a ‘bubble for so long’:
He said: ‘I was in my own bubble for a long time and then my bubble burst… I always worked for a long time under this shadow of what I wanted to achieve externally and what I wanted to do with external discrimination.
‘Even in my little groups in my life with the people around me, I was just nice people, nice people, nice people, nice people.
‘I think the biggest change I’ve had in the last year, really, the last year and a half has been to say, ‘f**k it,’ a little bit and for people to have fun (and find) shamelessly. accept yourself. Which was a big thing for me because I never, ever did that.
‘If anything ever happened that went wrong, it was always my fault in my own mind and the way I saw it. That anxiety and that guilt is too strong to live with.
“I started, I think, to ‘block the noise and look inward and know who I am,’ and have really meaningful conversations with those around me and have real conversations with those around me … learn to be there for your own.
‘Suddenly I turned 25 and my frontal cortex in my brain, formed itself and I said, ‘oh f**k it!’
