Maxus presented the third electric business eDeliver 7

Maxus’ third electric commercial vehicle is the eDeliver 7, which will be offered in two body lengths, two roof heights, three useful cargo volumes and two battery options. Freedom can reach 365 km.

A max chose the Birmingham Commercial Vehicle Show (CV Show) to present the third electric business in its range. It is an example of medium specifications, called eDeliver 7, which is placed between eDeliver 3 and eDeliver 9. This proposal presents itself as a competitor to models such as Citroën ë-Jumper, Fiat eScudo, Ford e-Transit Custom, Mercedes-Benz eVito, Opel Vivaro-e, Peugeot e-Expert, Toyota Proace EV or Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo.

Maxus eDeliver 7 will be available in two body lengths (5.0 meters and 5.36 meters), two wheels (three meters and 3.67 meters), and two roof lengths (1.99 and 2. 39 m). The combination of these measurements and the width which is always 2.0 meters, allows the Chinese brand owned by SAIC Motor to provide three important cargo volumes: 5.9 m3, 6.7 m3 and 8.7 m3. The load capacity can reach 1200 kg.

Maxus eDeliver 7 will be sold in two battery capacities, 77 kWh or 88 kWh, which provides energy to the electric motor that develops a power of 150 kW (204 hp) and a torque of 330 Nm, allowing acceleration from 0 to 100 km. /h in 11 seconds. The declared autonomy of the version with a high-capacity battery is 365 km.

The Maxus mid-size electric commercial vehicle can recharge the battery in alternating current or direct current, in the second case it can charge up to 80% of the charge level in 43 minutes.

Three modes of driving

The Maxus eDeliver 7 has three driving modes – Eco, Normal and Power – and a power button. Safety equipment includes blind spot alert, lane keeping assistant, autonomous emergency braking system, driver fatigue alert, front and rear parking sensors, 360º rearview camera.

The cabin has a 12.3-inch screen for the infotainment system, which is standard, and is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
