Luxury car manufacturer Bugatti is entering a new market: sunglasses. He has launched his first collection, in collaboration with renowned eyewear designer Larry Sands.
Bugatti continues its hybrid strategy. The car brand has just announced its entry into a new sector: optics. Therefore, the plans are to sell, in the year 2023, a series of glasses whose prices will vary between 1,295 and 15,000 dollars (R$ 6,665 and R$ 77,000).

The One collection, which already has 9 models, and 37 pieces in total, was created with different luxurious materials such as palladium, sterling silver 925, carbon fiber and Macassar Ebony.
The brand also used advanced technologies, such as “PVD”, a process in which hard materials are sprayed under vacuum and placed on the glass surface. Thanks to this coating, the pieces are particularly resistant to wear and time.
Regarding the design, Bugatti turned to one of the most famous names in the field of optics: Larry Sands. This eyewear designer has worked for major fashion houses and eyewear brands. “Everything I do is unexpected, and bugatti eyewear it is one of my most unexpected projects so far”, he comments on the statement.
Bugatti brand strategy.
As Wiebke Ståhl, managing director of Bugatti International, reminds us, there is no longer any doubt that the manufacturer is satisfied with the automotive industry. “The creation of this new luxury eyewear collection is also important, as it allows for greater diversification of our Bugatti Brand Lifestyle product portfolio. I couldn’t be more excited to finally launch our new Bugatti eyewear!”
