“THE LOFT” BY BRUSSELS AIRLINES AND LEXUS IS “SEBU LEADING AIRLINES IN EUROPE” FOR THE SIXTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR.


LOFT at Brussels Airport has been named “European Leading Airline Lounge 2024” at the prestigious World Travel Awards™ (WTA). This is the sixth year, in a row, that LOFT has won the award. It has done so every year since Lexus and Brussels Airlines began collaborating in 2018.

Designed and managed by Brussels Airlines and Lexus, THE LOFT brings Lexus luxury, Takumi craftsmanship, and Omotenashi – a Japanese concept of hospitality that focuses on anticipating the guest’s needs – to business travelers.

Extending to more than 2,000 m2, the LOFT has different areas. These include the middle bar; comfortable seats for relaxation; and space to work without distractions. Guests are given a warm Oshibori towel upon check-in. Shiatsu massage chairs, Grohe showers with extra sensations and bedrooms with starlight ceilings are available. Dining options include hot and cold dishes while Neuhaus Maîtres Chocolatier is ready to create delicious memories.

Lexus Brand Ambassadors offer a personal welcome to guests at THE LOFT 7 days a week from 05:00 to 21:00. Their unique understanding of Lexus, and the hospitality needs of airline passengers, impressed voters and earned them an award.

Accepting the award at the WTA Europe Gala at the Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, Olivier Brynaert, Head of Customer Experience, Brussels Airlines said:

We recently renovated the bathrooms, improved the buffet setup, and introduced an ‘a la carte’ menu in the HON area, to name a few examples I am humbled and honored to have been awarded this award for the sixth time in a row.
