Mitsubishi Motors Chile leads pickup sales in 2024


In the month of February, Mitsubishi Motors Chile, represented by Astara Chile, established itself as the best-selling brand in the transportation segment within the national market. According to figures published by the National Automobile Association of Chile (ANAC), the Japanese company sold a total of 821 vehicles of the L200 model, reaching a total market share of 17.55% in the pickup segment.

The general manager of Mitsubishi Motors Chile, Hugo Castro, highlighted this important achievement and said that “Mitsubishi L200, in its Dakar, Katana and Work versions, is a model that has already been installed in the minds of Chilean consumers. It should be noted that the Mitsubishi L200 is the truck sold more in Chile for 9 consecutive years between 2013 and 2022. The sales figures so far in 2024 show the great work we have done together with the factory and our dealer network.
