The Honda Stylo 160 is Team Red’s new ultra-modern scooter – could it be coming to Europe?

What do you think about the range of modern Honda motorcycles? If you love the ADV 160 and PCX 160 engine, but have been wanting something more stylish, Team Red would like to entice you with the new Stylo 160.

The latest motorcycle in the range is loaded with modern features like LED lighting, your choice of ABS or CBS brake assist, Honda Smart Key, USB socket for charging your smartphone on the move and a clean digital display.

At the same time, it takes away the more sophisticated (but understated) hints of the PCX 160. It also takes away the aesthetic appeal of the ADV 160, because that’s not its purpose. Instead, the focus of the Stylo 160 is clear from its name: Style

With the Stylo 160, it’s all in the details. Color-matched mirrors match your choice of six colors: Royal Green, Royal Matte White, Royal Matte Black, Glam Red, Glam Black or Glam Beige. The seat, bed and handle details also change depending on the Stylo 160 color you choose.

All Royal colors have brown seats, platforms and handles that are distinguished by displays. Matte silver handles and other details complete the look and give it an elegant look. The 12-inch alloy wheels are the pièce de resistance of this trim level.

If you choose Glam colors, your scoot comes closer to the modern side of the “modern classic” range. The seat, base, handle bar and handles are all black. The same goes for the wheels, which is probably useful if you don’t like cleaning brake dust regularly.

Both the Royal and Glam versions have jet-black exhausts mounted on the lower right hand side of the scooter. The fork, headlights and levers are all silver, but there isn’t much other silver, which is refreshing.

So far, Honda has only introduced the Stylo 160 to the Indonesian market, but it seems likely that it will reach other markets in Asia (and possibly Europe and possibly the US eventually) in the coming weeks and months. Unlike some of Thai Honda’s limited offerings in the same market, the Stylo 160 is actually a new model with a mission to conquer scooter riders in several regions by 2024.
