Construtora Genesis arrives in Petrópolis bringing housing

The Builder and Incorporator Genesis is a company with a history of more than 12 years. Specializing in the construction of residential condominiums, they were responsible for creating more than 1,000 family homes in Teresópolis, where they started the business. And now, the team is in Petrópolis, working on the development of one of the most ambitious projects in the city today: Residencial Estação Nogueira.

The way

The construction of the first development started in 2010, the genesis of the Village, which had 12 houses and about 800 m² of built area, was presented 6 months earlier. Since then, they have been growing to reach the historical mark of more than 800 units and more than 50 thousand of the area under construction at the same time, in 2021.
