DFSK Mini EV To Launch Full Of Wonders – Trans Berita Sarana

Jakarta, Trabas.co – This time, DFSK is showing a prototype of a small electric car, which will be displayed at the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS 2023). It is very likely that the model is a Mini EV that has been updated according to the needs of Indonesian consumers. “The shape of the car will be more or less the same, but with a different name. That is the indication. Maybe (the launch), so we will see later.

Previously, he also leaked that the Mini EV would be sold from 2023. This is because the electric car has received a lot of input from consumers in Indonesia.
“We will start introducing and promoting the Mini EV next year because we have brought it to the fair many times. Maybe in the early or second semester of next year because at this time we are still doing research from a technical point of view,” he said.

The technical side in question is moving the driver’s steering wheel position from left to right, because as we know yesterday at IIMS 2023 DFSK showed the left-hand drive unit of the Mini EV. Although it sounds simple, there are several things that DFSK pays close attention to. Especially, in relation to care.

“The name is different, the appearance will also be a little different. We have had the car for more than a year, right? Of course, there have been inputs from the market. So, we will put the inputs we get from the market into the cars that we will mass sell later in Indonesia,” he explained.
It is known, DFSK Mini EV was introduced at the same exhibition last year. Designed as a city car, the dimensions are 2,995 mm in length, 1,495 mm in width and 1,640 in height. The design of the box can be seen in the design of the lamp and the background.

Equipped with a permanent magnet electric motor, the power that can be produced reaches 33.5 hp and a maximum torque of up to 100 Nm. Acceleration from 0 to 50 km / h can be achieved in 5.1 seconds.
This eco-friendly car comes with three battery capacity options. First, there is the E2 model which has a battery capacity of 9.18 kWh. The distance is up to 120 kilometers and a long charging time of four to five hours.
The second option is E4 with a battery capacity of 13.8 kWh. This car can travel up to 180 km. Charging takes 5.5 to 6.5 hours.
Third, there is the E4 with a battery capacity of 16.8 kWh. This car can travel up to 220 km. Charging time is 7 to 7.5 hours.

“The issue is just waiting. In addition, the electric car market is also growing well. This is in line with the company’s focus. Of course, its style and needs must be adjusted to the existing market,” he said. This Chinese brand plans to be present in Hall A with a booth area of up to 500 m2. In addition to the wonders that have been prepared, visitors to the exhibition can also find the DFSK Gelora E, which is the only electric-based commercial vehicle in Indonesia.

“DFSK’s participation in PEVS 2023 is always to show and educate the people of Indonesia about the electric vehicle technology that we own in supporting the daily activities in the country. Our actions are part of the company’s mission to support the development of the ecosystem of electric vehicles in Indonesia, so that people can understand more and find electric vehicles that meet their needs,” said Rofiqi.

The DFSK Mini EV itself was introduced for the first time in Indonesia at the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS). In its home country of China, this electric car has been sold since the first quarter or early 2022. This competitor from Wuling Air EV is an environmentally friendly car that is aimed at urban use. PT Sokonindo Automobile (DFSK) as a distributor is ready to promote this car in the Indonesian market.

This electric vehicle, whose real name is Dongfeng FengGuang, offers slightly lower specifications than the Wuling EV. As a result, it is likely that the price of the DFSK Mini will be cheaper than the Wuling EV, which costs Rp. 238-295 million.

The electric car itself is included in the city car category that can accommodate four people. According to the plan, this Mini EV city car is DFSK’s second electric car to be sold in Indonesia after the Gelora E.

DFSK Mini EV is also known as an electric city car that provides high mobility for urban use.
The appearance of the Mini EV itself looks more boxy than its rivals, but there is still an attractive feeling to the front and the three-door model. This car is designed more simply, but with a rear glass design and a bumper that looks sporty.

In the foot sector, this electric vehicle uses a 12-inch rim size and is fitted with special EV 145/70 tires. Therefore, the appearance of this car will look better even though it has compact dimensions. While the cabin of this small electric car seems to match the beautiful exterior. The color is dominated by the white color of the white horn, with a mixture of gray color in some parts.

Meanwhile, in terms of the DFSK Mini EV Electric Vehicle, it has a rear-wheel drive electric vehicle with the number TZ144X07A that is capable of producing a peak power of 25 kW or equivalent to 34 hp and a maximum torque of 100 Nm. . For the highest variant, this electric car uses a Lithium battery with a capacity of 16.8 kWh and a maximum range of 220 km. While the variant below has a capacity of 9.18 kWh and a range of 120 km. The time it takes to charge the battery from 10% to 90% takes 7.5 hours. At the same time, the transmission uses only automatic gears and there are Eco and Sport driving options. (TT)
