Brand Chrysler celebrates four decades as a leader and innovator in family mobility, the 40th anniversary of the minivan – a segment invented by the former Chrysler Corporation – and the start of production today. The first small car, the Plymouth Voyager, rolled off the line at Windsor Assembly November 2, 1983, as a 1984 model, the first of more than 15 million Stellantis minivans sold to date. As the first company to introduce a small car and through six car generations, Stellantis has launched 117 small cars, leading to the evolution of technology and features that push the segment into the future and make life easier for owners and their families.

The Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid continues to represent the evolution of the Stellantis brand lineup as the brand transitions into a brand new electrified future.
The start of production of the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica and 2024 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid brings a new twist to Stellantis’ 40th year of small car production. Available for the 2024 model year, the award-winning Pacifica lineup includes a new Sepia interior color for the premium Pacifica Pinnacle model, as well as two new exterior colors, Hot Red and Baltic Grey.
The refreshed Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid lineup will offer two models for 2024, the Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid Select and the Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid Pinnacle. Content of the popular Appearance S, Appearance Premium S and Road Tripper packages are optional on the Select Hybrid model of the Pacifica. The new Emergency Vehicle Alert System (EVAS) feature of the Uconnect 5 platform provides drivers with in-car dashboard and touchscreen alerts about an active fire truck, ambulance or other road hazards. 2024 Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid they will begin arriving at dealers in October.
