Carolina Kia, co-founder of bud, a service team management platform (SaaS), has taken over as CEO of the company. After leading the design and technology consulting team in goodnessHe will be responsible for increasing the growth of bud and increase investment to accelerate globalization in Latin America and Europe.

He takes the seat of CEO instead of Maurício Bueno, also co-founder of bud.

The proposal of bud emerged within weme, a design and innovation consultancy born in Campinas serving large companies such as Ambev, Natura&Co, allele It is Cocktails. Founded in 2021, the bud developed software that uses artificial intelligence to make strategy management more efficient.

Carolina has a degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a specialization in Social Impact Business from the Yunus Center for Social Business. In addition, he is a teacher of Mindfulness at Instituto Ísvara and has more than 10 years of professional experience. He is also an insurance company consultant.
