Mitsubishi Electric announced that it will invest 1.44 billion lira to establish a new air conditioner manufacturing facility in Manisa.






Mitsubishi Electric will increase capacity by investing 1.4 billion TL in its facility in Manisa

Mitsubishi Electric has announced that it will invest 1.44 billion lira, or approximately 113 million dollars, to establish a new air conditioner manufacturing facility in Manisa.

According to the company’s statement, the new facility will produce heat pumps and room air conditioners for the European market.

With the investment, the company’s air-to-water heat pump production capacity in Manisa will increase from 100,000 units to 300,000 units per year, and its air conditioner production capacity will increase from 300,000 units to 1.1 million units.

The plant is scheduled to start production in February 2024.

Mitsubishi Electric had established its Manisa factory, where it produces air conditioning systems, in 2016.
