The luxury residence in Dubai is not a “grand project”, as Bugatti insists.

Luxury car manufacturer Bugatti has revealed its plans to enter the luxury real estate space. In particular, he released plans for a 43-story skyscraper in Dubai that will have, among other things, two car elevators, from the garage to the penthouse.

The Bugatti residence is expected to be built in collaboration with the Emirati company, Binghatti and will be the first building in the world to bear the name of the car manufacturer.

Bugatti is the third automaker to enter the buildings after Bentley, which is building a 61-story apartment in Miami Beach, and Aston Martin, which is building a house in New York.

The skyscraper will have 171 apartments, and 11 penthouses called Sky Mansion Penthouses. According to the manufacturer, the form of the building and its interior are based on the general aesthetics of Bugatti. Each of the apartments in the skyscraper will have its own unique look with access to a curved balcony and a private pool.

Residents’ cars will be able to drive into the penthouses, which will be used for all apartments in general. In other words, every owner will be able to have his car in his house. The Skyscraper will also have a spa, members club and private beach, in the beauty of the “French Riviera”. Also, drivers and porters will be provided.

The plans were launched at the Coca-Cola Hall in Dubai on 24 May 2023 by Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti and Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti.
