Aston Martin DBX707 AMR23 Edition Unveiled

Aston Martin is celebrating the recent successes of its Formula 1 team and is launching the F1 Medical Car as a special model.

After participating in five races in the 2023 Formula 1 season, Aston Martin has secured second place in the constructors’ championship, a remarkable achievement. To commemorate this success and serve as the official medical car for the 2023 season, Aston Martin has unveiled a special edition model based on the DBX.

Dubbed the AMR23 Edition, the vehicle is finished in green paint with yellow accents on the aprons and brake calipers, which are painted green as well. The carbon body kit, inspired by the medical car, is also present in this special edition. The interior features black and green leather surfaces with yellow contrasting stitching, designed to establish a connection with Formula 1. Additionally, the British automaker has added various carbon applications and AMR 23 lettering on the door sills to enhance the sporty vibe.

The drive configuration of the AMR23 Edition remains unchanged. The four-liter V8 biturbo, tuned by Mercedes-AMG, delivers 707 horsepower and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. The 2.2-ton DBX can reach 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and a maximum speed of 310 km/h.

The special edition model is available for purchase, although Aston Martin has not yet released the official pricing. Based on the base price of the DBX707, which starts at 238,500 euros, it is expected to be quite expensive.

Overall, Aston Martin’s celebration of its Formula 1 success through the AMR23 Edition is a fitting tribute. The SUV is almost identical to the F1 Medical Car and is sure to please enthusiasts of both motorsports and luxury vehicles.

The 2023 iteration of the Aston Martin DBX, the AMR23 Edition, is encased in the illustrious Podium Green shade. For enhanced exclusivity, the Highlights package can be selected, which incorporates vivid lime-colored accents on the lower regions of the carbon-fiber body kit – mirroring those on the medical car. It is noteworthy that both these tints serve as primary colors on Aston’s F1 racer.

Visible behind the black 23-inch wheels of this SUV are substantial brake calipers that employ standard carbon-ceramic rotors, and they are embellished with the company’s signature Racing Green pigment. The DBX’s special aura is further distinguished by the presence of a “Q” badge on its front fenders.

The DBX 707 AMR23 Edition showcases a stunning F1-inspired color scheme that extends seamlessly into its interior, featuring Onyx Black and Eifel Green upholstery adorned with lime contrast stitching. Moreover, the cabin flaunts opulent carbon-fiber trim and dark satin elements that exude a sense of extravagance and refinement. The AMR23 logos etched onto the door sills serve as a visible reminder of its illustrious motorsport heritage, adding to its allure.
